These Terms govern your use of slergroup.com (the "Site") operated by S.Ler Group ("we", "us"), Vasilia Klochkova 105, Almaty 050057, Kazakhstan. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What the Site is

The Site is an informational landing page describing S.Ler Group, our YouTube channels, our content production pipeline, and our roadmap. The Site does not sell products, does not host user accounts, and does not provide a software service to end users.

2. Use of the Site

You may view, share, and link to publicly accessible pages on the Site for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Use the Site or any of its content to misrepresent your affiliation with S.Ler Group;
• Scrape, copy, or republish the Site's text, graphics, or pipeline diagrams in a manner that suggests endorsement or partnership without our prior written consent;
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Site, including via automated abuse, denial-of-service, or unauthorized access attempts.

3. YouTube content

The video content embedded on the Site and linked from it is hosted on YouTube and is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. We hold copyright over our original scripts, voiceovers, and visual outputs. You may share links to our YouTube videos freely; you may not re-upload our finished episodes to other platforms without permission.

4. Trademarks and brand

"S.Ler Group", "slergroup", the channel names "Frugal Forward", "The Lazy Grocer", "Inner Mechanics", "Lived", "Rhymes of History", and the personas associated with each channel are the property of S.Ler Group. Third-party trademarks referenced on the Site (e.g., Google Cloud, NotebookLM, FLUX, LTX-Video, Qwen, Cloudflare) belong to their respective owners and are used here for descriptive purposes.

5. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The performance figures, cost figures, and roadmap statements are based on our current production data and good-faith projections; they are not guarantees of future results. The Site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, deployment, or hosting provider issues.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, S.Ler Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total liability arising from or related to these Terms is limited to USD 100.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always at slergroup.com/terms.html with the date of last update at the top of the page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the competent courts of Almaty, Kazakhstan, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
