S.Ler Group ("we", "us", "our") operates the website slergroup.com and produces YouTube content under the channel names listed on our homepage. This policy explains what limited personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to it.

1. Who we are

S.Ler Group is a sole-operator content studio founded by Valerii Serko, headquartered at Vasilia Klochkova 105, Almaty 050057, Kazakhstan. You can reach us at valerii.serko@slergroup.com.

2. What this site collects

This website is a static informational site. It does not require user accounts, does not host login forms, does not run a comment system, and does not run third-party advertising trackers. Concretely:

• No analytics tracking. We do not deploy Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or comparable tracking on slergroup.com.
• No cookies set by us. Any cookies you encounter on this domain originate from third-party embedded YouTube players (see below) and are governed by their respective policies.
• No contact form. If you choose to email us at the address above, your email content and metadata are held by our email provider (Zoho Mail) under their privacy terms.

3. Embedded YouTube players

Our Showcase section embeds YouTube videos via standard youtube.com/embed/ iframes. When the player loads, YouTube (operated by Google LLC) may set cookies and process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and viewing preferences. This processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. We do not receive identifiable data from these embeds.

4. Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect standard server log data (IP, request timing, user-agent) for security and abuse prevention purposes, in line with the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. We do not access individual log entries.

5. Email correspondence

If you write to us, we use your email address solely to reply to your inquiry. We do not add it to a marketing list, do not sell or share it, and will retain it only as long as needed to maintain the conversation thread or comply with legal obligations.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by writing to valerii.serko@slergroup.com. Because we hold very little data — typically only an email thread you initiated — most requests can be fulfilled the same day.

7. Children

This site and our YouTube content are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes to this policy

If our data practices change materially, we will update the date at the top of this page. The current version is always at slergroup.com/privacy.html.
